I’m about over worrying about offending people. For some reason none of them worry at all about offending me. When is it gonna be my turn?
What fresh Hell is this?

Stickfight, you seem to be ignorant of Texas and its citizens. Probably among many other things?

300 students signed out of how many in the student body? The minority calls all the shots. There’ll prob’ly be lots more when college is back in session, more’n 30,000 students attend UTSA. Snowflakes are always looking for something to be fashionably outraged about.

I bought a cup from Buccee's the other day...Yeti like with a the Come and Take it on it and canon. I knew the Molon Labe Spartan scenario...the canon is from wikipedia:
In early January 1831, Green DeWitt wrote to Ramón Músquiz, the top political official of Bexar, and requested armament for defense of the colony of Gonzales. This request was granted by delivery of a small used cannon. The small bronze cannon was received by the colony and signed for on March 10, 1831, by James Tumlinson, Jr.[6] The swivel cannon was mounted to a blockhouse in Gonzales and later was the object of Texas pride. At the minor skirmish known as the Battle of Gonzales—the first land battle of the Texas Revolution against Mexico—a small group of Texans successfully resisted the Mexican forces who had orders from Colonel Domingo de Ugartechea to seize their cannon. As a symbol of defiance, the Texans had fashioned a flag containing the phrase "come and take it" along with a black star and an image of the cannon that they had received four years earlier from Mexican officials. This was the same message that was sent to the Mexican government when they told the Texans to return the cannon; lack of compliance with the initial demands led to the failed attempt by the Mexican military to forcefully take back the cannon.[7]
Replicas of the original flag can be seen in the Texas State Capitol, the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum, the Sam Houston State University CJ Center, the University of Texas at El Paso Library, the Marine Military Academy headquarters building, the Hockaday School Hoblitzelle Auditorium, and in Perkins Library at Duke University. And now it’s another “racist symbol” to the Woke Leftards. 😡 Just another excuse to strip us of our Rights & History. And label all white conservative believes and Traditions as Racist. Next thing you know they’ll want to bulldoze the Alamo. Because it’s “racist”. Time for all this Revisional History Bullschitt to end. 😡

It was a war. They lost. Hurt feelings don't count if you're a loser.

"Come and Take it" is not racist to Mexicans, Texicans or anyone else; just like "Nuts" isn't racists to Germans.
We Americans really need to work on our elementary school history lessons, so those dropouts elected/appointed to office at least have some investment rather handwriting and finger painting.
