Absolutely astonishing to me the number of fellas that eat and prefer white bread.
Few worse foods, IMO.
Carry on.

In general, I think bread is pretty bad for you, like any other processed food. Some versions are worse than others. Whenever I get on a diet kick, I stick to meat, veggies, fruit, nuts, berries, mushrooms etc and drink only water. I always feel much better but I always go back to the convenience stuff and gain the weight back. Definitely have some food addictions.

I gave it up today to go back on Keto.
I ate well during the pandemic and its time to pay the bill.
but yea, I prefer 7 grain bread myself, the pan size loaf you get at Krogers for $2.

All bread is bad except keto bread. I eat very little of any kind. Probably been 4-5 months since I've had a slice.

All things in moderation jake. I Don’t believe bread is inherently bad. TOO MUCH bread is bad, especially the sugary, crap, baked goods. Homemade whole wheat bread is health food.
Big kick now is to avoid all carbs. Balance is key.
But, if one is going to eat bread, why not eat bread that’s got texture, structure and flavor?

Negative on the seeds, hemp stims, or natural bark dust in my bread. Give me a smooth bread that acts like a sponge for butter. 👍🏼🦫

I have a weak spot for Hawaiin bread. I can get humble on some Hawaiin bread on a hot ham and cheese sandwich.
