OP kragman1 Campfire Regular K Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 1,994 New England	Gonna make some pulled pork stuffed mushrooms for the family's October party. Smoked and dry rubbed, not crock pot stuff. Looking for something unusual to set it off, thought maybe a little piece of grilled sweet onion, etc. but nothing really stands out to me yet. Looking for suggestions... Work is what you do to finance your real life.....

Another good idea might be a little dollop of that beautiful Carolina sweet smoked mustard sauce but I don't knkw how to make that. Gitem and tdbob - also good ideas. Sandbilly - no slaw planned, just a tray full of stuffed mushroom caps. Too much food at this event for big things like sandwiches. Work is what you do to finance your real life.....

Served the dressing on the side as well. Crazy good and the pulled pork was almost as good as mine. Screw you! I'm voting for Trump again!
