For those that have replaced the stock spring with the Wolff how much has i reduced the trigger pull?
Testimonials seem to say the trigger pull is 1/2 after just the hammer spring replacement,
With mine that would reduce it to the tolerable range for very reasonable amount spent.
CHEAP even!

No answers, no problem.
Folks over at cast boolits came up with answers in no time!
Spring is on order and supposed to arrive Saturday.

I have 3 loads loaded and ready to test.
Will test the new spring next week and post results there.

I am interested in your results and wonder about reliability. I carry my Marlin 45-70 often here in Alaska and it has to go bang every time if I need it to.

I read some reviews that mentioned a light primer strike and no bang on some ammo.

Adjust your trigger to 3-3 1/2 lb.

No need to replace the spring.

Or....buy a Wild West Guns Happy Kit:

Don't ask me about my military service or heroic acts...most of it is untrue.
