What is your definition of "pretty health conscious" and what are they getting "regular health checks" for?

As aviators we had to get an annual flight physical which was VERY thorough so it was only logical to continue doing that even after retirement.
A simple PSA blood test saved me from prostate cancer. BTW my family doctor is a former Naval Aviator and flight surgeon that I’ve known since ‘73 and a prostate cancer survivor as well so when he told me that with my wife’s suppressed immune system (meds) we should get the vax, it was a no-brained for us.

Lots of studies are suggesting that people with Type O blood are less likely to get it and less likely to get really sick when they do.

Compared to how many have had the "vaccine"?

What did they die of? Car crash within three days of getting the shot? Compromised immune systems (were they taking biologics for Crohn's disease beforehand?) ? Morbidly obese? 3 pack a day smokers?

I don't trust ANY of them, the ones coming up with the numbers have agendas on both sides.

Who knows what’s up with a virus that’s being manipulated in a lab. Maybe the owners are targeting body chemistry,genetic markers etc,ect,ect. If it is bio warfare they might be looking for a known outcomes. A statistic that’s acceptable to the engineer but strikes fear for the unsuspecting.

I gave the same advice to a friend in his upper 50’s and 100 lbs overweight. Everyone in his family but him (he’s the only one of them fully vaccinated) recently contracted covid and his wife had a time of it. Given his weight and blood pressure issues he feels like he dodged a bullet.

It is serious, but I'm not sure we have great information to know whether or not to take the vaccine.

I was discussing whether to get the vaccine with my wife. She told me a story about her nurse friend, whose husband was similar (around 50, great shape, etc). He took the vaccine and dropped dead of heart attack a couple of weeks later. Was it the vaccine? Who knows, but his previously pro-vaccine nurse wife thinks so. Some of the cardio issues and blood clotting side effects make me want to take it slow and see what happens with this. The Wall Street Journal ran an OpEd a few weeks ago saying that if you're healthy and under a certain age and have had the virus, then why risk the vaccine.

Having had the virus a few months ago, I agree with the WSJ and will wait. Plus, I can't figure out how the antibodies from the vaccine or better than those from having had the virus.

I’ve read that but i don’t know if it has any merit. Makes as much sense as anything else. I’m ab+ and i think that was one of the harder hit groups

Then I can find the number of folks vaccinated and use those reliable numbers (of deaths directly attributed to "the vaccine"), to find out what the percentage of vaccinated folks dying from it (within three days) is.
