Any differences in siting in a thermal scope compared to a normal scope.

It was easy on my AR.

The mount needed to be taller but it lines up nice.

This is on a 6.5 Grendel.

I have an ATN X-site pro. It automatically adjust zero. I used leupold mounts.

On my IR scope you shoot a group and move the crosshairs to the group.

I’d really like to try one of those out. Do you find them heavy for an AR?

That’s basically how my pulsar is. The scope takes a screenshot of the bullet hole and you move the crosshairs over.

The ATN Thor i have does not seem to add much to it.

They take a little getting used to but after a while pigs and other varmints don't stand a chance.

Old ones were pretty clunky.
Most of the newer models are pretty light.
