Wow. RIP. He was a funny guy. Seems like yesterday he was active in comedic roles, a regular gag guest on late night talk shows, and a regular cast member on Fernwood Tonight. I'm going by the picture you posted, which is not of Willard Scott, but of Fred Willard. I'm assuming that was a slip on your part. Or was the picture the slip? Or for laughs. I'd better look up who really died.

Oh crap, Fred Willard died last year. Oh well, my statements above stand as to him.
Never was that much of a fan of Willard Scott, but RIP to him, too. I mean, I remember him being a fixture of local TV weather reporting, of course, but that's it.

I thought it was interesting that he would intermittently wear his toupee. Not hiding he was bald just changing his appearance. He was casual about it when many guys who wear a toupee would never want anyone to see them without it.
