Man, I wished I’d read this earlier. I had to replace a limb saver I I talked on my Winchester Model 70, as it had become sticky as well. I mainly used Pachmyer Decelerator pads in the past and never an issue.

I emailed Limbsaver, they replied 4-5 days later. I called them on day three and very well informed person told me to take a picture of the recoil pad and e-mail it to warranty limbsaver.com. They replied within 5 hours and said new recoil pad should arrive in 3-5 days. Excellent product service. I will order another pad soon for a heavy kicker.. Bob

Just had this issue as well. Called limbsaver. Gave me warranty Department email. Sent pics and in about 3 days had a new airtech pad in my mailbox.

Had the same issue some years back. Dang thing yanked carpet fibers off the floor and became a fuzzy mess. Good thing it was in a closet the wife never visits.
Been a decelerator guy ever since and find them more comfortable to boot.
That said it is good to hear the great Customer Service responses form Sims so I wish them well since they fixed their pads. .

Same deal a few years ago on my Rem 700 in .204. I called Rem and they asked for the serial # to verify make, model and year. Sent a new pad right away....

Just replaced one on my Model 870. After reading this post I sent an email to Limbsaver customer service with a picture of the pad and the serial number. We had a couple of exchanges to be sure of the right pad size, then they sent me a new one. Glad to have that done!
