Cook shack SM045
Already wishing I’d gone next one bigger though.

Fired up at 5:30am with 25lbs of pork shoulder.
Rub made with the usual Brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, cayenne, cumin, white sugar, smoked and regular paprika.

I love outdoor living spaces. Your deck above the pool and the backyard looks nice. Smoker looks like a dope setup. You gonna shred any of those pork shoulders for BBQ sandwiches...?

Congrats jackmountain! You will be more than pleased with that Cookshack....they are top of the line! I have owned an FEC100 since 2016 and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Yes they're expensive, but it will be a smoker for a lifetime.

Know fat, know flavor. No fat, no flavor.

I tried going vegan, but then realized it was a big missed steak.

Looks good and I have heard good things about Cookshack.

I may not be smart but I can lift heavy objects

I have a shotgun so I have no need for a 30-06.....

My cookshack is probably 20 years old. Still works great. I keep mine outside in a cook shed that looks like an outhouse.
I remember it was expensive, but consider it cheap now due it's durability and rock solid performance.

Yeah, I’m too busy to tend to a smoker all day. Set and check later.
Things slow down I’m gonna buy a nice wood smoker and hang out by it all day!

I agree. I was turned on to them on this forum a year or so ago. Took some convincing myself, but agree it should last me the rest of my days. Built like. Brinks truck.

I’ve thought about the pellet smoker that cookshack makes.
Looks good!
