In Ohio it can be very vague like "employee refused to perform duties as assigned" and if pressed they can say anything they want....didn't empty the trash in your office. Anything they want.

For what it's worth...all the rich people I know got what they have by compromise or outright screwing over the little people. Nothing wrong with being wealthy. But lots of people get that way by mortgaging their integrity. So I don't immediately tag a wealthy person as somehow better, for damn sure.
If you buy your way out of trouble every time and never have to USE your integrity then its not much of a hardship, for example.

Pretty unlikely that he’d be able to win the lawsuit anyhow IMO given that the employers are doing this with full government support or even mandates. I think it’s unlikely that our same government would rule against itself or what they want.
