I’m curious if this is actually true. The vast majority of AA rounds missed their targets; and each one was intended to hopefully hit an aircraft, rather than being aimed at a portion of an aircraft. Accordingly, the location of impacts would be completely irrelevant. Period. An engineer with an IQ of 50 or greater would try to protect the vital areas of the aircraft and flight personnel aside from where any impacts occurred from any set of circumstances.

However , because of the war, he violated the constitution several points including throwing people in jail with no trial. Woodrow Wilson was also famous for violating the constitution. You could and were throw in jail for simple taking the wrong side in the debate over the war. Long prison terms. Studying the history of our country it is amazing why an organizations like the ACLU wasn't founded years before. The first person to serve a life sentence in Leavenworth was sentenced because he belonged to a political party unpopular at the time. The government had hit lists for the founding Mormon leaders. There are many examples of our government violating the Bill of Rights with no repercussions.
