Just got back from a moose/sheep hunt and was using my newly acquired Night Force TS 80 spotter and discovered that the eye piece was loose, spotter seemed to function ok but I don't believe it was loose when I first received it. Anyone else have one of these spotters and notice the eye piece being loose?
That's ok, I'll ass shoot a dink.

It appears that i'm the only one with this issue, Night Force told me to ship them back and they will look it over and see if it can be repaired.

I was under the impression the NF spotters were a rebranded Meopta of some sort. If so, I would guess there would be some pretty good warranty coverage. I've never dealt with Night Force's customer service though.

I've never dealt with Night Force's customer service though. I called them and they responded just as I had hoped they would, super nice customer service guy and got me an RA in less than 10 minutes. We'll see how good customer service is once I get the scope shipped and they have it in their hands.

I sent the spotter in to Nightforce shortly after posting this and got my spotter back yesterday, whatever was wrong with my eyepiece was internal and couldn't be repaired so they sent me a new one. I'm hoping this was just a fluke and it doesn't happen again, time will tell.
Dealing with Nightfore was painless, they never gave me any crap about the scope and got it fixed as quick as they could, luckily for me I didn't need it so there was no rush to get it back.
