good job. How did she like antelope meat?
She’s a picky eater but likes the loins a lot. We let them sit in Italian dressing and grill them slow. Grind the rest and use in tacos etc. my son really likes the breakfast sausage we get made as well Get a grill to 600F+. Pour melted butter over your strap/loin. 60-90 sec/side to get a sear. Finish w/indirect heat @ about 250ish until you have an internal temp of 120-130 on a probe. Pulling @ 120 will finish a gorgeous juicy Med-Rare. Pulling @ 130 will end up just slightly to the "pinkish" side of Med.
I can walk on water.......................but I do stagger a bit on alcohol.

Pronghorn meat is awesome but you need to take care of it and not shoot a running animal, the lactic acid build up makes the meat gamey . Sage eating antelope will have a different taste but not bad.

Do something successful and enjoyable.. Many suggested a hunt to Texas.. Can be fun for a reasonable amount of cash.. And successful.. To me nothing makes a hunter faster than having some success.. I enjoy my hunts there.. Check with Tman about snowcocks.. He is a real hunter and that is a tough hunt.. Do something fun!!

Has the OP gone on his father/son hunt yet? We'd like to hear a report when you get back. The only out of state hunt I've ever done was for moose in Newfoundland and I highly recommend it!

Never had the itch to spend time, energy, ammo, and money venturing far and wide to shoot inedible rodents. Just me…

+1 on the hog hunts! Florida has some great places to go, and the atmosphere is totally different than fall hunting season!

Just a different twist, but how about one of the Fly in Moose hunts from one of the fishing outfitters in northern Ontario. Its an experience, fly in in a float plane 50 miles from anywhere for a week. Moose aren't that hard to hunt and there would be some nice fishing as well.
