They changed the licenses. How many peoplecwill get caught? Last year you could hunt 24 and 34 plus others, this year it splits on cow licenses. Used to be you could go into 24, and if snow closed the road you could hunt lower in 34 and 25
Still can go to 231 or 13 or buy a bull

Last time I participated. I think 23 24 and 12 were lumped together. I mostly hunted 23, but had the option of crossing east across the Buford New Castle Rd if my legs could take the strain.
