when folks are heavily invested in the legendarium of the 'rona, it crowds out every other thought evidently she was heavily invested in drama as well. lol Mrs. Heisler was well-respected by the Notre Dame community. She worked in the university’s Film, Television and Theater (FTT) department from 1993 until she retired in 2018.

Sounds like she got the third shot (not the booster shot), since she got it on September 7th. The booster shot was not available on September 7th. The 3rd shot was available at that time for those with compromised immune systems (including those getting chemotherapy).

It seems that, in order to not have her death associated with the third booster, they are calling it a death from a preexisting condition, i.e., a cancer she had been receiving treatment for.

based on the CDC recommendations, if you are eligible for a 3rd booster shot, you have some health challenges.
Reporting that people died shortly after getting a 3rd booster shot for those in that demographic probably isn't as big of a correlation as people think
It doesn't help when they are condescending, but at end of life situations, I can only imagine the frustration when you go to a hospital for non Covid related issues and you can't be treated or prioritized
