He sends lots of threatening emails to defendants in the multiple suits he files. He has many suits he files against other people and then threatens them trying to get them to pay.

Anyone that guy sues is a "victim"...

You'd think the judges would get a clue, and not accept his frivolous suits anymore.

Not only does he file a lot of suits, he claims to be poor so he doesn't need to pay court costs. There are solutions to both of those being worked. The people in the court know him and recognize his pattern. I'm not sure why they haven't blocked him yet but I have some ideas.

Apparently Eustice is now going to some mental health place. I'll bet that's so he can claim to be insane and try to avoid more jail time.

Unless he is declared incompetent to stand trial, in court, that dog don't hunt in Texas.

I do think that being in a mental institution being treated does keep them from arresting you, though. Which is probably why he went in. He'd rather be there than in jail.

Good, I hope that doesn't get in the way of his problems. He's not there full time, just part time so he's still available for being arrested!

You have to prove in court you are mentally messed up to the point of not knowing right from wrong to get a pass. Very, very rare a pass is granted.

All any conscious judge or prosecuter would need to do is read previous claims made by this asshat to know his elevator is perpetually stuck in the basement.

I am surprised he hasn't pissed off one of the cartels or gangs looking for an ammo resupply only to be stiffed like every other customer.

I was thinking, why can't we reach out to the web host and explain that by allowing him to continue to commit fraud they are complicit. Worth a shot, especially if enough of us reach out to complain.

He has some issues, but he also tries to play them to to try to make people afraid of him. He thinks he can get people to do what he wants through fear. He says that lots of times.

Reaching out to the web host is a great idea. It might also be a good idea to be sure the DA knows that page is still up. Is it functioning?

Who is the web host? And the domain registrar? Is the domain paid up? If not, I say we grab it and redirect it to shut the site down. I know there are some It savvy people on this site, let's get to work!

The site is up and running, looked for a designer or host name all over it but never found anything.

I did chuckle when I read his terms of service and the fluff that went with it.

rumors are Eustice is getting another visit from the police

I contacted GoDaddy a while back with legal info - they are worthless and won't do anything. Eustice is trying to levy a court of appeals to stay his bond, but I don't think it will hold up - His only Illness he has certified is ADHD, which he receives taxpayer money for. Not enough to keep him out of jail, they just need to have him meet with an intake counselor when he goes in, which he has a few times. When ever the pick up patrol decides to swing by his house they can bust him anytime. I think it would be great if they locked him up and he got to spend the holidays behind bars, however this judge keeps letting him go. It would also be great if one of the victims were to throw a lien up against the house aka business address.

A lien against the house - now THAT'S an interesting idea.
