I am selling this new- looking inside and out, Mod 70 Featherweight for a friend. This is the BACO USA made rifle with the "controlled round feed" claw extractor. The wood and bluing show no defects & the rifle has never been carried hunting. This has the factory installed Decelerator recoil pad by Pachmayer also. The rifle weighs--as pictured, 6lbs. 13 oz with a 22" barrel.
I am asking $750.00 shipped for this rifle and may entertain a reasonable offer. I would appreciate all questions and offers be made via PM's.

I see why it has not been hunted with.

We have had the stainless walnut version since the 90's and it and 200 grain Nosler Partitions make short work of moose, caribou and bears. I gifted it to my youngest daughter when she ran off and married my wonderful son-in-law. It is probably one of my favorite rifles. I still have my old Pre-64 version of the "Featherweight".

I would have a hard time selling that beauty, a real hard time!
