well, if you read the deer forum, you will see Enrique and I went out on a succesful archery deer hunt about 14 hours ago. He was shooting 90 gr, 4 blade muzzy heads. No, I am a 100 gr guy myself but after seeing how those damn things tore up that buck holy cow! He was shooting a bow at 60 lbs and it blew completly through the dee rlike it was nothing and went 10 yards past and stuck in a cactus! The exit on that thing was amazing! blood everywhere and bubbles galore! holy cow! I was impressed! That buck only traveled 30 yards before he fell over! I was waaaaayyyy impressed!

I'm a big fan of the Muzzy 90 grainers. I love how simple the blades lock together and they fly absolutly perfect from my set up. I also shoot a 60# bow with 400 gr finished arrows - worked great on a elk last year as well as several deer from years past.

4 blade heads simply cut better holes and bleed better than 3 blade. I have alternated between both for years and just can't go back to a three blade. It use to be hard to find a good flying 4 blade, so range was sacrificed to max of about 35 yards before planing took over. Not any more with the Muzzys, Slick tricks and the one I make myself out of titanium. Love the 4 blades of any weight. Flinch

I became a big fan of the 90 grain 4 blade muzzy's when a friend of mine took a huge bull with them. Plus when you sight in with 100 grain field points and then go to the 90 grain broadheads I have found the POI is the same. Easy to tune and great to kill with.

The 90 grain Muzzys are some of the best. The fly well and cut a great hole. I've killed "Alot" of stuff with them and have never been disappointed.
Flinch,
You are spot on! A four bladed head cuts a much better hole for bleeding.

I had tried the 3 blade and found they were just too hard to assemble without major frustration... had not found the 4 blade Muzzy's yet.

Currently using G5 Striker which is the sister to the G5 Montec. I've recovered one deer, my opener buck Sept 1, and have no complaints with the G5 Striker, it did what it was suppose to do.
