An agreement is an agreement. Seller has an obligation to honor the deal unless there is an impasse.
It begs the question, if buyer B is tardy to the party and offers more to steal the deal is he a douchebag?

I say yes it's bad form btw but not as bad as the seller renegotiating. What's your take?
My take is I wouldn’t offer to make a purchase without the cash in hand. WTF asks someone to take a down payment and monthly payments on a Fugkin gun?! JFC…..

He made a deal with a guy and then went and sold to someone else without contacting the original buyer. Had the guys phone number and never called him. That’s bush league. There isn't much Gunswizard and I see eye to eye on but I always had respect for him because he seemed like an honest guy, I'm actually disappointed in myself for not seeing through him. One of the few that have fooled me.
