For some fried chiggum! And you alls knows how I do likes fried chiggum. And I didn’t want that stuff they makes in town at them places. So I bought me some ties at grocer. My favorite part is the ties!!!! I do like ties!!! I friied em up in my cast iron chicken fryer full of bacon drippins’ and lard. They was almost as good as my Mamaw’s but not quite. Chicken is getting scarce KW! At the grocery today and the chicken case was looking ridiculously sparse. They had about a half dozen whole fryers out. Almost $20 a bird! Free range and organic things.
That’s chicken fried gold on that plate!
