It appears that Biden's court commission has rejected the idea of packing the court. This would be the ideal time to do it and progressives are PO'd at Biden for not doing it. We know that adding a handful of left wingers to the court is their ideal. So what's the catch? What are they up to this time?

Even the Commission reported that it would eventually come back to bite the Dems in the butt and is a bad idea.

It would be a continuous thing of each party packing the court, when they have the majority. A terrible thing for the USA. But that won’t necessarily stop the dems.

Why bother? They're pretty much getting whatever they want now. And if a decision goes against them, they just disregard it and drive on.

Too close to the midterms and everything is falling to scheit around them, and will continue to do so. Probably at an escalated pace now that the ball's rolling.
