Pistachios. Bumper crop this year. They are a lot of work, I can see why you pay $10 a pound. One of my favorite snacks, I've always wondered what they taste like fresh off the tree, any good? When they are raw they taste a bit like edamame (soy beans). The flavor really ramps up when you salt and roast them.
