I'm specifically interested in the hunter model. I was not even aware of it till yesterday when I ran up on it, in my usual Internet wanderings. Looks interesting, just wondering if anyone has first person experience with one yet.

MCMXI is very knowledgeable, and is a big fan. I'd PM him if you have questions.
Only downside for me is the weight. Per some reviews, I believe they weigh a good bit more than advertised.

Yeah, the weight deal is a little bit of a concern. I have little use for a 9 pound (with scope) 243.
