Does this barrel say Pro Hunter on it?
It's seems to be a a Encore barrel. I don't remember a PH be a 24" only 26" and 28".
Great caliber no matter what.

The barrel has no markings indicating "Pro Hunter". The original packaging as seen in the picture says T/C Pro Hunter, however, some research suggests that 26", & 28" barrels were called Pro Hunters as you said.
