I've owned diesel trucks sense the first Dodges before all the emission garbage was put on they were great engines .....last diesel was a 2012 Ford F-350 good motor 120'000 it needed that stupid ass muffler replaced part of the emissions $1400 and I needed to do the work....just picked up a 2021 Ford F-250 gas no more diesels for me just get 2 miles to the gallon less a lot cheeper in the long run.....

Just stay away from the 5.3 and 6.2, engines are failing left and right. The folks on the sierra forums have a lot of good to say about the 3.0 though.
