I have doe tags in my pocket, and does in my binoculars, but they would not cross the road where I could shoot them. Their bellies were full at 9 a.m.. and they wanted to bed down in the sage brush across the road, but they did not like my truck.

Not sure where your hunting but we saw about 350 does yesterday where we were hunting in WA. Filled out last tag last night as this year good bucks were a little scarce.

We hunt AG land and does run in groups of 6-20 all over the damn place. Can’t walk down a 1 mile draw mid day without kicking out 10-12.

My WA buck. Some asshat shot him through both rear shanks and didn’t recover him. My buddies tried to get closer but he wouldn’t let my friend get within their range so I shot it. (2) 180 Berger’s from my 28 Nosler at 793 yds and it was all over.
