Most likely not serious and self limiting. My wife says if not trauma, might be high blood pressure or a polyp breaking loose. If it was me and painless I would give it a chance to resolve.

You have a perforated tympanic membrane (eardrum). I can’t recall from the last thread but hasn’t that been previously diagnosed?
You're fine. Carry on as you usually do. If your eyes start bleeding profusely too, post up again and someone might do you a solid and contact Doc Rock for an opinion. If he's not busy crashing planes, that is.
