He also had a healed sore like that just in front of the right shoulder. They look pretty gross but normally don’t cause any permanent injury. Normally by the time squirrel season comes around the larva have burrowed their way out. We nicknamed the one in our back yard Quasimodo. Last edited by navlav8r; 10/31/21.
