But a Reuben is a magnificent sandwich. It or a BLT are my defaults when I can't decide on anything else. Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.

Try a Reuben pizza, or a burger with the the Reuben ingredients on it for a good change up. The places I’m familiar with use turkey and Cole slaw on their Rachel’s. A Reuben was almost the same with sauerkraut.
