I received a text from President Trump at 7:14 Arizona time saying Glenn Youngkin Won Big in Virginia. It says tne MAGA movement is stronger than ever.

How is it still at 95%. Seems like the vote count is increasing, Youngkin's lead is shrinking, but the total vote in has stayed at 95% for the last hour. Seems obvious what is happening....."new" votes getting counted....
