After shooting this guy and it's buddy I missed a pretty good whitetail. Whitetail bucks kind of have my number. Whitetail bucks scooting through chest high sage are kind of tough when your heart is beating through your chest.

Damn Johnny it is about t get personal. At 67 I'm pretty calm with about any mule deer in front of me . Whitetail not so much.

Ready, I think you may have missed the point. No boredom here!

Sense opening day I have passed about 25 bucks WT and MD, at least. Dam whitetail!

Those 2 coyotes don't even have an opinion any more.
Dam whitetail.
I didn't even walk across the canyon to look at the first dog. here was hair floating for 2-3 minutes after the shot.

I hear ya Mike. When it doesn't get your blood up it is time to quit.

Thinking back in that last 17 years sense I moved to Montana I have missed 2 deer out of at lest 2-4 deer a year both were WT bucks. I need to get my chit together.

They are certainly a fun critter to hunt but I still HATE them.
