This might be sweet for hunting rifles. Low cost, very low profile/flush fit, listed as 2.85" OAL for rounds. Made for their new lightweight chassis but should work with any AICS bottom metal. https://mdttac.com/us_en/mdt-polymer-magazine-aics-3-round.html

I've got at least one I'd be switching from blind mag to dbm is they did.......and I'd pick up a lot of them for the others that are already set up.

I've been using those 3 round rugers but its great to see another option.
I've been really happy with the other MDT magazines I have.
Hope they do a 223 sized one as well!

I use the 3 round Ruger's in several rifles. From looking at the MDT, it appears it may be "flusher" than the Ruger which has a pretty good lip on the bottom. With nothing extending out from the width of the sides it may fit in anything, even bm's with a barricade stop that would prevent use of the Ruger 3 rounder. Might require a finger push from the open action to get it out though.

If they had an option with a max OAL of -2.95” I’d own a few.

I've got a couple of Curtis Custom flush fit but I think they may only be 2.9...can't remember. Refresh my memory.....What's available at 2.95?

To name a few: Alpha binderless, ARC, AI AW, AM binderless, MDT metal binderless.

I know this is an old post, but… I picked one up for my new 6.5x47 Lapua build. It is super easy to load, feeds like butter, and is a significant weight savings over an AICS steel 5 round mag.

They really are great. I've been using them this year and love them. They'll work in any AICS mag, even something like the Sig Cross where it's recessed. Slim, trim, and feed great. When I received my first order I can dummy rounds through a bunch of different rifles......and immediately ordered 3 more mags.
When empty they may not drop free in the recessed mag boxes like the Sig Cross because of their light weight.
A thin "pot-metal" option that would allow the 2.95 OAL that Jordan desires would be nice for folks needing the longer OAL. For folks that only need standard OAL I highly recommend them.
