A company with 100+ employees must have the workers jabbed. What about welfare recipients, food stamps and other government freebees!

I have a copy of the 154 pg document open and was browsing it over lunch. Long on demands and short on citations. If you only read their version, the vaccine sounds like a miracle delivered by a Pegasus that tastes like rainbows.

Also, if you do opt out of the vaccine, expect to pay individually for the testing and be not-so-unintentionally sequestered from colleagues while at work due to your obvious non-vax status by virtue of required continued mask wearing.

That said, I don’t see anything so egregious that an NFL-watching conservative can’t get their arms around. Just the water going up another degree.

It's an OSHA requirement right? It'll get shot down with the first serious challenge.

U.S. federal appeals court issued a stay Saturday freezing the Biden administration’s efforts to require workers at U.S. companies with at least 100 employees to be vaccinated, citing “grave statutory and constitutional” issues with the rule. The ruling from the Fifth Circuit comes after 19 Republican-led states filed legal challenges against the new rule, which is set to take effect on Jan 4.

I knew they issued a stay, I think it'll get shot down permanently though.

The admin has until later today to present their argument.

I see blanket approvals for exemptions from the company's for employees submitting them without any concern about the validity of it.
