Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.

I have all four of those as well. Although the 264 is in a Hunters EDGE now, but the 6.5 and 7-08 Featherweights are in wood as is the Sporter 25-06. 7-08 Swede 264 25-06

Story on my 7-08 I bought it from a fella in Colorado. He retired from the Air Force and while stationed in Japan he bought this rifle at kadena airbase Japan, when they still sold firearms overseas.

Nice rifles guys. The Classic fwt stock is one of my favorites.
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

JES rebored this Pre-64 FWT .243 to .358 Winchester, my latest project gun. The .243 bore was in pretty bad shape, wouldn't group, metal was OK, stock had been redone, but not so well. Here's a link. You'll have to scroll back to the start to see the whole project. https: www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/16614398/re-358-win-pre-64-fwt#Post16614398Current load is 178 gr. Hammer over 46 gr. RL-7. Shoots around an inch. I took it deer hunting this weekend, didn't get a shot. Waiting to see what this load will do to a WT. Glassed and free floated. Vintage trigger tweaked to 3#'s with no perceivable creep or overtravel, just a clean break. And yes, the old M-70 trigger can be adjusted to near perfection. DF

Top to bottom; 280 Remington, Classic Featherweight 300 Weatherby, Classic Sporter 338 Win Mag, Classic Stainless 7mm Rem Mag, Classic Sporter All in McMillan Bridges Edge stocks, save the Weatherby, Regular fill. There are others. Nice group of classics ! some of those are in hard to get chamberings. not familiar with the bridges style stock. I've seen the legend in some pics on here before. The forearm looks a little like a legend but the grip is on your stocks is more open..

Never get tired of seeing this rifle. Thanks, It's been a trip, for sure. Probably the most contorted Loony project of my Loony career. But a lot of fun. DF
