Looking at a Taylor’s 1886 far west, but want a blued receiver. Is this possible to have done? Other than that the rifle fits the bill.thanks!

The originals may be case hardened, most of the reproductions are chemically altered vs. actually case hardened.
In either case someone would have to polish all that off to blue it, but yes - it can be blued.
