I have an older Swarovski Nova 6 x 42 fixed power that shows its use and some ring marks. It is the satin finished, steel tube version. My question- is it feasible to lightly clean it up with 0000 oiled steel wool and then use a cold blue product to bring it back to a more uniform bluing? Is this something done commercially, if so who? Any ideas or techniques would be appreciated. Thanks for the help.
