.310 & .311 bullets; 7.62x54R brass; 7.62x39, 7.62x54R & .303 British dies/tooling

I had a Finnish Tikka M39 that looked fun and interesting, but appreciated enough that the money looked more fun and interesting before I ever got around to shooting it. Similarly, I was going to build a 7.62x39 gun and didn’t get around to it before I decided I had too many things I wasn’t getting around to and sold the parts. The guns are gone, so now the stuff to feed them needs to go, too.
