If you sort the comments by "Best" the first one is: "The guy just passed the largest family help bill in history. The millions of families who will now get help with childcare and eldercare are really more interested in the exams that their kids will now be able to pass, and the medical tests their grandparents will be able to afford." LOL

LOL I have never had a cognitive test when having a physical. It is not part of a physical but then again a colonoscopy at 79 is a bit unusual.
