Wonderful things -sort of like peanuts in that you can't eat just one (or pretty much can't stop once you start).

Jack, they look plain but looking at your recipe they sound really good. My kids and I make them simple/basic, but the relish and horseradish in your recipe seem like good additions. Your own horseradish too? Unfortunately no Duke's out here! J

sugar? I use a bit of salt and pepper, but not sugar. Those sure look good though, regardless. Not many recipes call for sugar but it absolutely makes this recipe. Try it you’ll never go back. It was my grandmothers recipe and we added the chopped olives and horseradish.

Fugg the mayo, use MW and you'll never go back! I’d rather substitute diesel fuel.

We always top them off with a slice of pickled jalapeño. Always a hit at get togethers

All look fantastic. The people who live at my house and make these for me use juice from the pickle jar somehow I am told. FWIW

The only thing I would add to that is a dash of tabasco or franks red hot. Looks yummy.

I ate 5 for lunch. Bad idea. Pretty sure I’m going to be relegated to the couch tonight. Blamed it on the dog the first three times but wife finally caught on.
