Why is it that 90% of the time someone commits a violent crime they could have still been in jail for a previous violent crime if they had been sentenced to maximum terms and not paroled? That is the big question. Why can't we come to terms with the fact that most criminals cannot be reformed? Give someone a job keeping them in lockdown.

In reading all the reports, I saw one saying that the Ford Escape was fleeing from a stabbing scene when it ran into the parade. That'll give some lawyer an excuse to ask for a reduction from 1st degree murder to 2d degree.
