If you create an account on NT's website you'll get emails about the sales and your local store will start sending you sales brochures with coupons attached. The local stores have their own sales that are usually better than the online sales. I just missed out on a 600 ft lb battery powered impact wrench that was on sale for almost half price the price of the website price. The store and the website are competing for customers.

NT's coupons are like $20 off a $100 item. Doesn't seem like much but I don't buy anything unless it's on sale and the local stores have good sales prices.

Northern Tool....too expensive.
Just bought a Ingersol and 3/4" air impact at Acme for < $ 800 NT wanted $ 900+.
