I lost it in the woods somewhere. Does anyone know where I can get one? Seems EVERYONE is out of them.

Isn't that one of the life goals of a detachable magazine?

It's for my .243 WIn. and yes, I am going single shot till I find a magazine . Not the end of the world but it bothers me. I don't know why it bothers me. I have not shot 2 shots at the same deer in 30 yrs.

I would get at least three at that price. You will lose at least one or two more. George

Unless there's some overwhelming reason to keep it, like a gift from a loved one I would take this opportunity of the present sellers market situation and ditch it once I found a magazine.
It's not sounding to good for TC to be back in business.
Have you not noticed all the fellows dumping their TC stuff, Just like all the Nikon scope getting dumped when Nikon quit the scope biz.

So you never lost a thing in your life??? Anyway thanks for all the comments except the one above. I never heard of the company that had one in stock , and yes, to 1911A1, it may be a good thing to just move on from this gun. It is a Venture compact , but heavy for the size. It is accurate , but so much that it is worth writing home about.

I have one of those Thompson Center Compass rifles
Got it on a clearance rack at Mid South reloading supply. $200 and some change. NITB
It is the ugliest, plastic rifle I have ever owned.
But it’s a .223 bolt action. And this thing will bug hole el crappo fmj ammo.
I thought what the hell, I’ll hang onto it

Have had the Icon 243 wood stock , venture 30-06 synthetic stock, camo predator 308 . They were excellent shooters , service was great , called for replacement bolt handle , didn’t like the spoon on the icon and an extra mag plus the bolt disassemble tool . Asked how much , he said give me an address . Cant beat that kind of service . Kenneth

Also picked up a compass for less than $200 after a rebate. Most accurate bolt rifle I own. Picked up some spare magazines when the news came out T/C is in limbo. Also bought a single round loading block which now gets the most use. Think it was from raggedhole.com

Don't know how you lost it negligence on your part (failure to hear it click in) or latch failure or whatever you are not the first to lose a mag or will you be the last. One of the many uses of duct tape is from below the port over the mag and up the other side. But you don't have to and you can take as many SOB lessons as you can afford. Why I like blind mags and mil ones without quick release buttons. You did ask and I obliged eat some turkey and quit brow beating your self. Mb

Can’t see why anyone would want to buy what’s left, or even the brand now

I’ve never needed service on any firearm. How do people tear up so much stuff?
I have groids at rental property going through refrigerators and water heaters every 3 years. I can get 20 years out of either at my home.
People tearing up chit, on their 3rd wife, etc
