It's sad he was still working in June before all this started. Bet your dad was a stud when he was younger. When my Dad passed he was 82 lbs. I could hardly recognize him. Tough to have to remember a loved one passing in such a physical state. Best you your father

Very nice you could all be together. This Thanksgiving was the first in about 7 or 8 years that I was able to spend with my daughter and my folks (my daughter is usually w/ her mother on Thanksgiving and I'm usually alone). It was a nice time for us as I'm sure it was for y'all. Sorry to hear about your challenges caring for him, but like many here on the 'fire have expressed, you're lucky to still have him, as am I. Dad's 82 and I probably won't have him around for too much longer.

I wish I could have had another Thanksgiving with my parents. When they were alive, almost all of us - siblings, in-laws, and grandkids, would be there.
Sometimes 30+ in that house! And everybody having a good time!
