Who's bringing the suit and who are their lawyers?

Is there a Cliff's notes version of that? Looks like a couple of hours worth of reading, if not six or eight.

It does not appear any attorney or law firm was willing to put their name on it. An attorney drafted it, surely, but drafting and owning it are two different things.

Oh, that.... LMAO.. SCOTUS won't touch it with a ten-foot pole... They've already punted at least once or twice already... Besides (and this is what they'll say) - he doesn't have "standing".....their favorite cop-out...

An individual cannot directly directly petition SCOTUS for anything; any case that they take must have originated in some lower court have been referred up.

But if a state attorney general signs it............states do have a right to address the court if they can prove wrongdoing.

Why wouldn't a state AG draft his own suit? I didn't read much of this, but the intro sounded like an editorial. I don't believe that's what's needed to get the SCOTUS's attention.

If a state AG wants to pursue this there's no doubt he'd want to put his own stamp on it, not accept language from somebody else.

It is just a copy of the complaint not the actual signed and delivered document.

Does anyone believe that Pillow Man found an AG and a lawyer who is a member of the SCOTUS bar to sign off on this dumpster fire and did not spend an hour or two and press release or two proclaiming success? Even Pillow Man must understand his credibility is at risk, probably gone from all but those chugging the KoolAid, as he has not delivered on anything with respect to the election.

How many times did he proclaim that trump would be back in office, (if you need a reminder Thanksgiving, Aug 13, ...) and yet nothing has happened. His claim that 4 million are watching his 96 hour dumpster-a-thon when the meter on one of the outlets said like 28, he claimed he would the dumpster-a-thon would not have any adds, yet the adds are quite prevalent, and it goes on and on. Pillow Man always has excuses about this group or that group has hacked him yet he provides no evidence, if you think about it he is poorly lacking in evidence in all aspects, and yet some people still think he has something, how many times does he have to fail to deliver the goods he promises so emphatically before you realize it is a dumpster fire. I could somewhat understand the blind following of Pillow Man if he had delivered on anything he promised with regards to the 2020 election but he has ZERO wins and a bunch of losses would you bet on a football team to win with the same record?

You can bet any elected official is going to want this to be brought forward no sooner than when it is delivered. I believe there are several AG's going to be part of it. By the way he has several wins. When the deck is stacked against you and it surely is against any investigation into the 2020 election (if you haven't noticed). Of course your low IQ prevents you from seeing the blocking the courts have been doing, no hotter potato out there.

Not saying that.

Educate the great unwashed and name these wins especially if they had any impact on the election as those are the wins I am referring to. I understand he has hahd some personal and professional wins that are no insignificat but are really germane to the discussion at hand as I think people are backing him hoping he can have impact on the electoral process.

We will see if any AG's sigin off on the suit on its current form, if they sign off I assume the doc would be severely edited. Suits going forward the SCOTUS brethren rarely, if ever, start off with an editorial as Pillow Man's does. Remember he will also have to find a lawyer that probably is at the end of his/her career as SCOTUS will probably not be happy too see the same thing they saw earlier and tossed. Also, I would be surprised if the disbarment of Rudy, the judgements and spanking that Powel at al receieved in Michigan, and the fines of like $180,000 levied against the attorneys in CO probably is a limiting factor. I would imagine many will say the judgements were not appropriate but if your reputation and finances are on the line many will walk very lightly.
