Nothing new here. The flu comes in a new variety every year. There is no one flu vaccine. They have to more or less guess in advance which vaccine will work on the upcoming year's variant. Sometimes they're right, but sometimes they're wrong and every one gets it anyway. (for you English majors, note that I said 'they are, contracted to they're, not their or there).

I think the original and delta BS variants rendered the vax usless as far as its stated purpose was concerned.

What I am getting from my reading is that those that ARE FULLY VACCINATED may be far more likely to contract this variant.
The research is not fully detailed just yet, but Ming Lin of The CCP Heath Industry stated "The new variant we released on Thanksgiving, will have a strong probability of infecting the vaccinated population more that the unvaccinated population."
He further added... "Our top scientists are working tirelessly to perfect a new and improved virus that will kill everyone."
