I have a Diamondback AR10 in 308Win that seems to need an adjustable gas block. Gun has 18in barrel. When shot suppressed it will not cycle. Any experience or thoughts on the RifleSpeed product?

Generally when shooting suppressed, the system has too much gas pressure and causes more BCG thrust. You can easily determine this if expended brass is being thrown forward in the 1 or 2 o'clock pattern. This is generally counteracted by adding buffer weight or if you wish, by restricting gas into the system with an adjustable gas block.

I have not found that shooting suppressed causes the BCG not to cycle.

Higher pressure can result in the case trying to be extracted before the pressure drops enough to release the case from the chamber wall. Given a good extractor, the rim can be pulled off or a bad extractor can slip off the case.

So is it pulling rims or is the bolt moving at all?

I cannot tell you about bolt function and have not seen the brass. My nephew used it hog hunting in Alabama 5/21. I was told it did not cycle using 220gr handloads. We checked function with heavy bullets but not suppressed. The gun ran well.

Sounds like he's trying to use subsonic ammo.
If it's truly a 308 win, not a blackout it'll probably never cycle subsonic ammo. And if you tuned it to cycle subs it won't work for supers.
