It is a flat puzzle to me how you people can be so wrong about things. I slept out on the sidewalk of a truck stop on the Crow Reservation with no problems at all. The locals were helpful and nice. Oh sleeping on the sidewalk on the crow agency gives one better insight to all things on the reservation my bad. You know who you don't bother on a Rez? A white guy sleeping on the sidewalk. Life choices have been bad for him....and he has less schit than you do. Not worth the effort to rob. Being a guy who grew up in a place without a rez (unless you count those casinos that sprung up all over the place), one of the questions I've always had (after "does anyone come here for anything but the forums?) is whether a rez is just the hood for redskins.
Eliminate qualified immunity and you'll eliminate cops who act like they are above the law.
