I'd ride a tall lift before I worked a lathe without a bar feeder. Fuuuudge that. We have 125' zoom booms here. I hate those suckers up that high. I'll take a crane basket any day.

Got a friend that works at a equipment rental place. He told me they got in a man lift that will go a little over 200'.

Us older guys lived life on the edge at times and learned how to watch out for our selves. I never needed OSHA to look after my Safety and I Never Needed MSHA as well. I have done some crazy stuff in my life and survived but nothing like what some of my Co Workers have done and we all lived to tell the story's. 1st Rule of Life Look after your own well being and Safety in all facets of your life. 2nd Rule of Life Learn how to laugh about your self.
