They are Lyman 310 Dies , for the 310 tong tool and Tru Line Jr press . They will have some numbers on them that you will need to match to a 310 die chart . I been using them for well over 50 years . They are made to neck size only because of the tools they were intended for . You would have to be Hercules to full length resize with the tong tool . I probably own 30 sets of them in the original boxes . Look at the link below . Kinda hard to id until you get used to their system . If you are looking to sell them you need to look them up and get them in sets to be worth much . Handgun calibers mostly use the small 310 tool and the rifle stuff takes the large handle . The old steel handles are mostly caliber specific but the aluminum handles use an insert that they call a shell holder that you change to match the cartridge you are loading. The dies with the cutaway are called priming chambers .

I don’t know if it’s still offered, but Lyman used to make a threaded bushing that allows those dies to be used in a standard, modern press. I have one that I use on occasion.

Lyman has discontinued all the 310 stuff . They may have some of the adapters though as 1 is required to mount their #55 powder measure on any press made after the change to the larger die size . Most older reloading shops usually have a few hid out and they are pretty common on ebay .

Another accessory that was used along with the 310 tools and also the Lee Loader kits was a full length die that was used in a vise or arbor press. Don’t remember if Lyman or someone else made them.

I use the 243 bullet seating die in my tong tool because it seats bullets with practically zero runout.
