I'd say fake empathy is a skill

I've never had empathy.

Nor have I ever had too much sympathy.

sympathy is a word between sex and syphilis in the dictionary

I know you started out in jest... and good on you for that.

BUT we now live in a world without jest... at least full belly laughing jest.

Hear a joke... or tell a joke... and there is always some degree (small or large) of reservation that you might somehow cross a sensitivity line... Some transgender tofu vegan quadriplegic might be offended that "Little Johnny" isn't "Little Buttercup"... or "Little Tyrone" or "Little Laquarishha".

When you (or I) say "Fugg Em" empathy is toast...

When you "embrace" their freakness... they double down and get more, more, more freakish.

When you (or I) play that "middle of the road" halfass smile thing. They get nothing, but neither did you... you lose.

JUST BE HONEST...

Tell them fair and honest...

1) How stupid the look in a sundress with hairy legs and their balls hanging out.

2) Tofu taste like chit no matter what you do or add to it... and is harvested by tractors that pollute the air more in an hour... than their Prius does in a lifetime.

3) A vegan diet makes for small boobs and/or softer cocks.

As for the quadriplegic... Tell him Motel 6 is looking for a guy named Matt... just outside the door of the vestibule.
